      Lol. I think I have a good idea how your dad felt. I have goddaughters and the moment they start talking about boys, threats, weapons and forms of torture start flowing though my mind, all to be used on the boy.

        LOL…I’ve been lucky so far, all the male friends my daughter has are just that…
        
        When she turns 18 I will breathe easier…(in like two weeks) I will probably still be anxious the first time she seriously talks about having a boyfriend…but hey, as an adult I can only advise.
        
        Wait…that’s right, my dad threatened my hubby that if he ever hurt me, he’d better find a place to hide…O_o I think that offer still stands…(I was 23 when he and I started dating) Adulthood doesn’t prevent protectiveness, she’ll always be my kid.

Reminds me soooo much of that country song where the dad is cleaning his gun when the boy comes to pick up his daughter for a date. The refrain has the line, “I’ll still be here cleaning this here gun.” LOL

Yep. That’s a father’s response, all right.

It’s okay though, Dad. He’s no threat to her virtue. He’s just a full-time Demon Slayer. That’s sooo much safer.

Does he look scary because he found out Zandy’s new friend because Kain’s a guy or is it because he heard the name ‘Kain’ and Zandy’s parents have something to do with Demons?
